Sales Training
The sales training is comprised of:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes yearly.
    • Two week program focused on technical and sales to better empower the RSC for success in their region.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes yearly.
    • Two week class focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their market.
  • Two (2) different sales programs provided for General Managers twice a year, totaling 4.5 training days, focusing on sales culture and daily sales management.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians contains:

  • Heating and cooling system tune-up procedural training in spring and fall
  • Heat exchanger and CO inspection yearly
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ semiannually
  • Continual NATE certification and specialty programs on demand

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in further training through the roll out of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc curriculum to better train our technical staff.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Twice a year, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to provide support, tools, and structure for operating a business from the P&L standpoint.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Three (3) times a year, perform outbound calling over a one (1) day program. In this course we cover HVAC basics, what drives people to purchase, calling procedures, scripts, customer purchasing indicators, and controlling customer grievances.

Dispatcher

  • No formal classes offered. As needed training provided by the General Manager and applicable staff in the office.
